- Catch Basins: We repair, rebuild, and adjust existing storm drains so water flows directly into the municipal system.
- Asphalt Swales: For long, sloping lots, we pave subtle, engineered channels directly into the asphalt to guide sheet-flow water safely to the edges.
- 1.5% Minimum Slope: We ensure every square foot of the lot has a minimum 1.5% cross-slope to guarantee positive drainage, eliminating puddles and liability.
